In the rare event of a delay, we will always contact you proactively with an update — we believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your diffuser, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will offer a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer. We just ask that the product is returned in its original packaging where possible.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
